Reslicing appears as large pixels

Hi,

I'm working with the May 2023 distribution on windows. I am trying to segment an MRA and when I start making the path, the resliced images appear as huge, uninterpretable pixels (see attached images). I am not sure if this is an issue related to scaling, as I have not had the issue before when working with SimVascular last year. Any ideas?

for anyone else experiencing this issue, I figured out that the reslice size was much smaller than it needed to be. I just adjusted the reslice size in the segmentation GUI until it looked appropriate. Again I'm not sure why this started happening when it wasn't happening before, but this did seem to fix the issue.
