not responding when running simulation

Hello
we are working on the coronary case which is already available on the website.
we uploaded all the files successfully however when we run the simulation sim vascular crashes and doesnt respond and it doesnt show any errors on the command window it just stops working.

Hello,

What is your OS? What is the svSolver version?

Did the simulation create any restart files? Is there a histor.dat file?
