help with reslicing

Post by João Victor Rezende Costa » Fri Nov 22, 2024 7:02 am

Hello! So, i'm still learning how to use SimVascular and, after watching the tutorial videos i'm having a hard time reslicing my project after defining my path,

i'm not quite sure what is going wrong, the images just comes off wrong and even after making the reslicing size bigger it doesnt change much, i put a picture of my path (which i believe is ok) and a picture of what happens when i create a contour group and then what happens when i make the reslice size large.

The is when reslicing and with the imagem it creates, the model and path match with volume visualization.
I really apreciate the help and the platform :D

Hello,

What OS are you running on?

Is this CT or MRI data?

Cheers,
Dave

Hello,

I'm not sure what is going on here.

Is the MRI acquisition in the standard image planes ?

When SV comes up it opens a window. When you read in the image data some messages are printed out. Please post those messages here.

Cheers,
Dave

Thank you so much for the help and patience david.

Hello,

I don't see any problem in the logs, maybe the volume rendering is off.

Try increasing the reslice plane size using the Size button to see if the anatomical features make sense.

You can also send me a link to the cleaned image data if you can.

Cheers,
Dave
