Variable wall parameters based on centerline

Hi Arash,

You have created a very nice model! I don't know how other users modify their models to represent anatomical features. There are some nice tools written in Python that can be used to modify models: https://github.com/KVSlab/morphMan

I am writing a program to set material properties based on model centerlines. I hope to finish that soon. I might could add scaling geometry based on centerline too, I'll have a look at that.
