I want to running a simulation but I can't, the below error occurred.

Dear Hamed,
This appears to be an MPI /security related issue. Depending on your internet / firewall settings on Windows, you may or may not be able to run using MPI. You may have to give svSolver explicit permission to connect to ports on the local machine. Are you running on a desktop computer or a laptop? Windows has different settings for public networks versus private networks.
I noticed you are using an old version of SimVascular. Please UNINSTALL your versions of SimVascular and svSolver via "Apps and Features" and THEN install the latest releases on simtk.org:
SimVascular (2019-01-27)
svSolver (2019-01-25)
Install both from an account with Administrator privileges.
Try that and see if it fixes the problem.
