Hi, I'm someone just picking up SimVascular and running through the user guide. In the user guide, for 3D segmentation, it states:
Right click the data node "Segmentations" in the project "SVProject" in Data Manager
Click "Create 3D Segmentation" in the popup menu
Name: seg3d
However, when I right click "Segmentations," I see only Create Contour Group, Import Segmentations, Import Legacy Segmentations, and Export All as Legacy Segmentations. How do you access "Create 3D Segmentation?" Thanks.

The SimVascular documentation is out of date with regards to 3D Segmentation. We have recently released a new 3D Segmentation tool named **SV MITKSegmentation** that is accessible under the **Tools** menu in the SimVascular toolbar.

We are in the process of updating the documentation. Sorry for the confusion!
