quarter-image in segmentation

Post by Srihari Menon » Mon Aug 19, 2019 2:42 am

Greetings. I've been trying to segment a vessel system, and have drawn out the SV paths, but when it comes to actually defining the cross-section in segmentation, I only get a quarter of the vessel image, as shown in the attached file. I've increased the size of my area of consideration, but the vessel is always "stuck" at the top right corner in both views. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for any help!

Hi Srihari,

I think the slice plane used to segment the image is not large enough. Click on the Size button next to the Reslice slider and increase the slice plane size.

Cheers,
Dave

Hi David,
Thanks, but i realized the problem was i just didn't save the images correctly (the dicom images were in a separate folder, and not in the project folder!). Thank you nonetheless!
