XSEDE CILOGON error

XSEDE CILOGON error
I am a student of Professor Kelly Suh and she provided a link to create an account for CILOGIN to use XSEDE. Professor Alison Marsden granted the access on June 17 verbally. I tried to create an account on that day and had some issues logging in. I was met with the screen in the attached file. I tried contacting the technical support contact at CSULB as instructed but never got a response. However, I did get a response from Terry Fleury saying that I could use a Google or ORCID account in order to login. I tried both methods last week and I am still awaiting approval for both accounts in order to get access. I do not know what my next step should be in order to get access, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kasra,
I am not to experienced with XSEDE but it seems that the campus account for the CILogin is not setup. I would file a help ticket for this.
