Modeling and Meshing

Post by Matthew Monaghan » Fri Jul 17, 2020 7:00 am

When trying to make a model, my SimVascular software gets hung up. For some reason, it can not make it from the lofted/traced stage to the modeled stage. I have had my other group members and PI take a look at it, and none of us can figure it out.
My PI suggested that I just move on with the meshing. This did not work either, as it came up in error.
Any and all help is much appreciated!

Do you have any segmentation that intersects with other segmentations? If your model consists of multiple groups, you can try to make a model by using fewer countour groups until you identify the group that causes the problem.

This problem has been resolved, see https://github.com/SimVascular/SimVascular/issues/694.
