ROM simulation shows error at beginning

Hi,
I am using lastest SimVascular on Windows. I tried to run the tutorial model of 1D simulation.
However, it gives the errors:

What does it mean?

A quick updating:
I found if I use 'Resistance' for outlet boundaries, the simulaiton can run. However, if 'RCR' is used, the simulation has the error.
