flow split between outlets

Hi All,
I want to perform a simulation in SIMVASCULAR as described in the next figure :
inflow1 and inflow2 prescribed values of velocities (variable with time)
in the outflows the mass flow rate must be splitted by a third.
How can achieved that ?
Any clarification is very welcome
