Fiber direction for HGO Model

Hi,

I am trying to use the HGO hyperelastic model in svFSI.

As you know, in the svFSI.inp, I need to provide the fiber direction:

How do I provide the fiber direction for the following case?

The angle gamma I would like to use would be: 49.98 Degrees.

Hi Aditya,

You can input fiber directions using a file. Have a look at the documentation here http://simvascular.github.io/docsSimCar ... s-modeling and the svFSI input file guide here https://github.com/SimVascular/svFSI/bl ... master.inp.
