TAWSS and OSI of the models present in Vascular Model Repository

I am downloading the .vtp simulation results of the models present in the Vascular Model Repository. But the wall shear stress (wss), Time averaged wall shear stress (TAWSS) and Oscillatory Shear Index (OSI) results are showing to be '0' over the entire domain.

I am interested in looking at the TAWSS and OSI contours of the models present in the Vascular Model Repository. It will be really helpful if anyone can guide me regarding this.

Hello,

I tried with the following models.

1. 0024_H_AO_H
2. 0004_H_AO_SVD
3. 0014_H_AO_COA
4. 0013_H_AO_COA

All of these models are showing '0' values for TAWSS, WSS and OSI over the entire domain.

Hi Manideep,

The TAWSS and OSI results are written to a separate average_result.vtp file when simulation results are converted.

I checked several VMR datasets and it appears that TAWSS and OSI results are zero. Perhaps these results were not converted correctly. I will investigate.

TAWSS and OSI results are not computed (see https://github.com/SimVascular/vascularmodel/issues/6).
