Github links 404 error

Hi,

I noticed several of the github links cant be accessed anymore, giving a 404 error. For example this one:
http://simvascular.github.io/docsFlowSolver.html

Why is this?

We have updated the SimVascular documentation and the documentation links have changed.

The new link is https://simvascular.github.io/#documentation.
