Can't find the pretrained weights for simcardio heart segmentation

Hello,

I am searching for the pretrained weights for Simcardio sv_auto_lv_modeling. The link on the documentation site takes me to a website that doesn't exist, and I haven't been able to locate them on github. When I go to run the auto segmentation from the python console it fails because I can't point it toward a weights directory. Could you please point me to where I can download the weights file or am I doing something incorrectly?
