Adjusting the Size of the Probe

Hi everyone,

Im constructing some geometries on simvascular, but when I try to do a Level set segmentation the intensity probe is too small to capture the entire vessel.

Does anyone know how could I adjust the size?

Thank you for your help

Hi,

If you go to the Displays tab, the first entry box should say Probe Reslice Dims. If you change 64 64 to larger numbers, you should get more pixels in your reslice probe. Note that you will probably have to turn off and on the reslice probe and 2D reslice windows after this to refresh and see the new size.

Let me know if that doesn't work!

Thanks!

Hi Adam,

Thank you for your help. I'm having some trouble when doing the segmentation: my computer crashes. I think it might be because the Vti file im working with has 790 frames. Initially it was 79 frames on a DICOM file, but I havent been able to open it since the error (ERROR: No magnitude image slices found!) keeps poping up. I have checked up on Matlab but it says the metainfo of the file is complete (Shown below). Do you know what could I do about it?
