Hello everybody,
I was wondering whether someone has already experience on modeling based on 4D echocardiography. So, what I got is a set of 3D mesh models for the left ventricle. The set was taken for one heart cycle. Now, I would like to feed that to SimVascular. Has anyone done that already or might have an idea whether this works (not sure about boundary conditions etc)? Thanks for any help!

Re: Experience with 4D Echocardiography
Hi Christian,
This is currently not easily doable in SimVascular. This sort of simulation where you would have a prescribed mesh motion from the set of meshes is not currently supported. You may want to take a look at using FEniCS for this sort of thing.
Thanks!
