Hi, I have recently obtained medical image data and segmentation data for a few heart systems. In this first step I tried to use Simvascular to extract faces from my solid model, however, because of the complex structure of the heart, I ended up having around a thousand of faces, and this also taook 5-10 hours on Simvascular for each solid model.
I am not sure how I can use SimVascular for my data, since the governing equations are totally different. Does SimVascular by any chance have the capability to be used for heart models? Are there any published research works that have used SimVascular for heart simulation? Is there any way to use my data in Simvascular to generate some results?
Many thanks!
Mohammad

Simvascular is not capable of simulating 3D FSI problems for the heart.

Hi Mr. Nabian, Good time.
For Cardiovascular Modeling Have you ever used Comsol Software?
Thanks a lot
