Import STL > Mesh Issue > Simulation BCs Issue

Hello,
As described in the subject line, I am having some weird experiences with the meshing tool and simulation interface. To begin, I have imported a geometry (STL) pieced together externally; actually, I used SV to make the vessels and another program for the aneurysm. I was able to import the STL file back into SV:
I had to use the separation angle/extract tool to get my correct vessel walls/inlet-outlet faces. Everything is looking good on this front. When I moved to make the mesh:
I continually got a Tetgen Error Code (#10) when trying to mesh. I was able to get the mesh tool working when I only selected the 'volume meshing' option. First question, will this lead to errors with the SV simulation interface? I've tried importing as a solid as well, but the same problem with 'surface meshing' occurs. Anyways, I used this volume mesh to create the simulation job:
However, as shown, I no longer have any wall or face/cap information in the BC section. I'm assuming this is happening, because, when I import the model, I do not originally have these faces. However, I've added them into the model as shown in the first image. I would expect them to be present when moving to the simulation job..
Any assistance/feedback would be great. I had another post about the 3D segmentation tool not working correctly; this is why I had to "frankenstein" my geometry together and import into SV
