Importing CT data extremely slow!

Post by Yun Shi » Thu Feb 22, 2018 7:08 am

When I import the CT data of dicom format by MITK DICOM Browser in SimVascular 3.0 using my laptop and desktop, the process is extremely slow compared with my friend's computers. The configuration of my computers are much better than my friend's. The operation system of my computers is Windows 10 home edition. The log read: "Database not open. SQL failed. bad SQL".
How to resolve this problem? The figure of log is attached.

Have you tried to load a vti file instead? Load dicom files into VolView and save them as a vti file.
