Something about the results

Post by Dai Xiao Dai » Sat Dec 22, 2018 2:13 am

Dear developers,

I use Paraview to show the results. I found several results in .vtp file.

In average_result.vtp:
pressure_avg / pressure_avg_mmHG
vOSI / vOSI_wss
vTAWSS / vTAWSS_wss
vshear_pulse / vshear_pulse_wss

In all_results_00080.vtp:
average_pressure / average_speed
pressure
timeDeriv
vWSS
velocity
vinplane_traction

I want to know what actually they are and the difference among them.
By the way, when can I download the update of version of Windows?
Thank you very much and may you a sweet day. ^^

Yours,
Dai

Hello Dai,

Unfortunately there is no documentation describing the metrics in the results files. I've create a GitHub issue for this, see https://github.com/SimVascular/SimVascular/issues/394.

Cheers,
Dave
