this project is used to share the stable releases of the STAPLE toolbox associated with the SimTK project but the forum is NOT checked regularly.
If you encounter any issue using the toolbox or you have any related question, as a first thing please check carefully the documentation at https://github.com/modenaxe/msk-STAPLE and read the "Troubleshooting" section of the GitHub project (https://github.com/modenaxe/msk-STAPLE# ... r-workflow).
If you cannot solve your problem you can submit a descriptive post as a "New Issue" at this link https://github.com/modenaxe/msk-STAPLE/issues. We will reply as soon as we can!
