missing trails

my neutral is missing and sp6 and sq6 trails are now red or not processed .can you help me with that my session id is

I have used fbls model and reprocess the data.

My static trail is missing from session id 117f0e59-5964-45a0-8d46-d8a92bcc669b, also
and my squat trail status is changed from green to red of this 174baedd-e06a-4de8-a7f3-de259ced1f7c

Kindly help me to reprocess my missing data. its been month i am stuck there.
Also the example kinetic file is not working , its giving some error, can you help me with that.

Hello,

You seem to have change the OpenSim model, which makes it difficult for us to reprocess your data. Have you tried to use this script to reprocess data locally? https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap ... essions.py. We do not really have the bandwidth to go reprocess data of everyone...

There seems to be something wrong with how you execute the python scripts regarding the kinetics.

Hello sir, thanks for your reply. i tried to use calab in this all my trails are showing but in opencap , my trails are missing . is there any way i can have my neutral data back and reprocess my other trails .please suggest.

Hi, your neutral trial is missing probably because you tried to reprocess it locally but it failed. There is no much I can do there, except from reprocessing your entire session with the default model. Is that what you want?
