inverse dynamics

New project for OpenCap, which is a new software package to estimate 3D human movement dynamics from smartphone videos. OpenCap strongly relies on OpenSim.

hello sir,
I wanted to know how opencap gives inverse dynamics results, and what external force it takes. how i can validate that with single force plate data?

You can generate dynamic simulations to estimate ground reaction forces and musculoskeletal forces. Please take a look at the paper https://journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/ ... bi.1011462 and at our scripting examples https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap ... imulations. You could compare the results with what you get from force plate data.
