Trial Processing

I was able to successfully calibrate my cameras and record my videos which were all uploaded. The problem now is that the dot to the left of the trial run for every single trial is orange (not turning green). It is not telling me what is wrong, so I am unsure how to solve this problem, I have tried moving the angle of the cameras which ended in the same result.

Hi Alexa,

Orange indicates that the trials are still processing on our servers. Depending on how many people are collecting at the same time, this can take longer than a few minutes to complete. Are the trials green now?
