Issues reaching Step 5

When recording for Step 4, I am getting musculoskeletal spatial errors saying the subject was not moving for 0.1 seconds. Is this an issue with the calibration, or is it because of the phones, background, or other factors?

There are two main reasons that might cause this problem:
1. The participant effectively did not stand still for more than 0.1 seconds causing the algorithm to fail
2. The calibration went wrong; likely because the verification of the calibration images was wrong (we are working on automating this process). Note that in more than 95% of the cases (rough estimate), the first set of calibration images is the correct one (no need to select the second image).
