New project for OpenCap, which is a new software package to estimate 3D human movement dynamics from smartphone videos. OpenCap strongly relies on OpenSim.

STS analysis with OpenSim Tools

Hi,
I have recorded a sit to stand process with the help of OpenCap. This worked without any further problems.
I have now integrated an additional actuator into my model, which is supposed to be an active knee orthosis. Now I would like to recalculate the muscle forces.
However, I am missing the SetUp files. How can I create them?
I would like to investigate the effects of the knee orthosis. I thought that I would first have to run the Inverse Kinematics Tool, then RRA and finally CMC.
I am grateful for any advice
