Hello,

I'm a student at UCLA trying to create an account with app.opencap.ai. After filling out my information in the form to register a new account, I get an error message saying "There was an error while creating your user. Please try again". No further information is presented, and a screenshot is attached.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

I already have an account and was not having any problems logging in before. Now all of a sudden I am getting the same message saying that there was an error when while logging in. Please try again.
