Hello,

I am looking to use opencap to record some upper extremity movements, but the models I see in opencap while having the upper extremity bone structure, seem to lack all of the muscles for upper extremities. Is there a model with these muscles that has been confirmed to work with opencap?

Hi, you are right that we do not use muscles for the upper-body. You can add some to the model if it is the same underlying kinematic structure. Or use your own model and re-run inverse kinematics with markers estimated with opencap. hope it helps, Antoine
