Error code

I appreciate being able to use such a great app for free.

I have some questions.

1. Are two iPhones and a laptop connected to the same Wi-Fi (or hotspot)? Could connecting to different Wi-Fi networks or cellular data be the cause of the error?

2. Is there a limitation on the number of trials? If so, please let me know after how many trials the upload is no longer allowed.

3. Please let me know the reason why the data is not being uploaded and showing 'failure with error.'

4. 'Error uploading video to S3: Request explicitly cancelled' , 'AVCaptureSession runtime error: Cannot Complete Action' .
Please let me know how I should handle this error code when it occurs.

I would appreciate your reply.

Hi Hyunji,

1. We've found that it works better to connect each of them to different hot spots (not all 3 on one).
2. There are no limitation on the number of trials, but there is a limit on the length of trial (depending on your frame rate).
3 and 4. These errors are consistent with having a low wifi signal.
