Nuetral Pose Failure
Hi my research partner and I are having trouble getting the system to accept our neutral pose. It keeps telling us "musculoskeletal model cannot be triangulated". We having tried all the steps listed under the trouble shooting tab and nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do? Thanks!

Hi Kailey,
If you are able to share a session ID, we could help troubleshoot.

Unfortunately, we did not save the session as we were unable to get past the neutral pose section.

Hey,
The person behind the screen is larger than the participant, and our algorithm is therefore probably selecting that one in one or more of the videos. That's most likely the issue.
Avoid having other persons in the scene, this will reduce risks of errors (and make the algorithms run faster). If there are people in the background that are smaller than the participant, they the algorithms should work fine though.
Best,
Antoine
