Hi OpenCap Community,
I collected a few treadmill running trials session ID (1f23d6a2-fddb-4b49-9f7b-e712cd2bffc1) and three of the four trials processed cleanly but one trial (Baseline) processed the pelvis incorrectly. The camera positioning did not change among the trials, and Baseline was the first condition that was collected. From what I have found, there is the capability to reprocess using code available on https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap-core. Is there any way of reprocessing through the online OpenCap platform?
Thanks for the assistance!

Re: Reprocessing
Hi Micah,
There is not currently a method for reprocessing in the web app.
Looking at the session, you are most likely running into a camera sync issue for that one trial that won't be corrected by reprocessing. The best way to mitigate this is to have the person raise their hand above their shoulder at least once during the trail.
Hope this helps,
Matt

Apologies Micah, I see that you did have the participant do a hand raise at the end.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for the responses. Is the recommendation to then re-process locally from the available scripts: https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap-core?
Kind regards,

Hi Micah,
You can try re-processing with more or fewer cameras to see if that helps with the codes in opencap-core.
If you try and rerun the pipeline as is without changing anything you'll get the same results.
Hope this helps,
Matt
