Hi there,
(1) Our latest recording with 4 cameras shows a person walking down an inclined hallway (even though the hallway was level). This error did not happen in previous attempts in the same session and another session. Does anyone know what may cause this?
(2) We have been experiencing an error showing "AVCaptureSession runtime error: Cannot Complete Action" after a recording. The error results in an infinite loop during the uploading process of the data to the server. We were using OpenCap and few apps were running in the background. Any thoughts on how to prevent this?
A picture of the error is attached and a visualization of the level/inclined walking can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/A5NWmVfUFNk

Re: Issue with recording from 4 cameras and visualization of level walking
Hi Pieter,
Do your other trials in the same session including walking trials? This can happen if the checkboard is tilted during calibration.
Thank you for sharing the error. Would it be possible to share the session ID so we can diagnose?
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Pieter,
The error on the phone occurs when a phone has lost or has spotty WiFi connection. Typically, reconnecting the phone will clear up the issue.
Hope this helps,
Matt
