Coordinate System of marker trajectories

New project for OpenCap, which is a new software package to estimate 3D human movement dynamics from smartphone videos. OpenCap strongly relies on OpenSim.

Coordinate System of marker trajectories

Good evening.

I have a question: the marker trajectories are referred to the coordinate system of OpenSim (X forward, Y up, Z right) or they are referred to the coordinate system in the Calibration Images?
