problem in processing

Hello, I'm jeuhee

I used OpenCap and created two sessions. After the experiment, the video and data were processed overnight (about 18 hours). However, they are still processing, indicated by an orange dot. I need to use this data as soon as possible. How can I solve this problem?

Hello, I have the same problem. Only neutral pose is with the green dot, other are yellow.

I'm Jeuhee, the one who raised the same issue.

Today, I checked the our processing progress, they were successfully done!
I guess it just takes time longer than before.

Hi All,

Everything should be done processing now. We had an abnormally large queue earlier this week.
