Download error

My name is Jeu-Hee, and I am experiencing an issue with data download.

When I click the download button, the download process does not complete, and it keeps running indefinitely. As a result, we are unable to extract any data. This issue is not limited to a single session; it affects all of our data downloads.

Our profile name is "BMRRlab" (https://app.opencap.ai/profile/BMRRlab). Could you please advise on how we can resolve this and successfully download our data?

Additionally, I have encountered another issue:
In some sessions, certain trials have failed processing (indicated by a red dot), while other trials in the same session have been successfully processed (green dot).

For example, in Session ID: c91d1ea1-025b-40ff-8ea9-99058e0d00c8, some trials show a red dot. I would like to use these failed trials. Is it possible to retry processing for these specific trials?
