New project for OpenCap, which is a new software package to estimate 3D human movement dynamics from smartphone videos. OpenCap strongly relies on OpenSim.

Hello ! I wanted to ask if there is any difference from using older iphones (11) and new models such as iphone 15 or 16 in terms of accuracy of the kinematic data ? Thank you so much !!

Hi Marios,

If you are capturing more dynamic motions, it never hurts to have higher frame rates and resolution. I will say that for some reason we've had trouble with the iPhone 11s. viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=2385&t=19090&p=52025&start=0&view=
