Errors in OpenCap Processing - Example Kinetics.py
Posted: Tue Feb 11, 2025 7:04 am
Dear All,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently utilizing OpenCap for my research project. However, I am encountering persistent issues where certain simulations fail to reach convergence. I have followed the pipeline provided on the OpenCap GitHub repository for installation (OpenCap Processing), but I continue to experience errors, even when running the Jump tutorial (ID: 7272a71a-e70a-4794-a253-39e11cb7542c), as detailed in the attached files.
Despite conducting numerous trials, I consistently encounter the same error. For instance, during session ID 3015c07e-7782-4ce7-a4a6-47e1566bd4fb, the trial "squat" executes correctly, while the other trials produce the recurring error. Similar issues are observed in session ID 3f8ad384-9c47-4e49-b0d4-f302116bdc8b, as documented in the attachments.
I am currently using Python version 3.11.11 and Visual Studio Code as my development environment.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause of these issues and any guidance you can provide to help resolve them.
Thank you very much for your attention and support.
I look forward to your kind feedback.
Yours sincerely,
Gloria Moro
