CMC Warning: WARN- small force range?

Hi All,

I am attempting to run CMC on a model with arms. After shuffling things around in the ControlConstraints and Actuators files, CMC is (currently) running, but I am getting the following warning at each time step:

WARN- small force range for peri_r (0.438533 to 0.44312)
WARN- small force range for extobl_l (0.779802 to 0.812449)

Can any of you provide insight into what this warning means, and what I might be able to do to fix it?
