getting c3dserver() error even when using 32 bit version

Tim,
I am experiencing an error in the getEvents function in line 190. The code is not recognizing the variable c3dserver(). After doing some searching I found that this is an expected error if you use a 64 bit version of Matlab, but I have also tried with a 32 bit version of Matlab and still am experiencing the same problems.
Any help you could give would be great, thanks!
