loadc3file.m needed for MatlabOpensimPipelineTools

When trying to use c3d2trc.m, in the MatlabOpensimPipelineTools, the m-file loadc3file.m is needed, this file did not seem to come with the download. Should this file have been included in the zip file, or is this a file which I need to provide?
