Hello

I am currently trying to convert a .c3d vicon file into a .trc file to be used in opensim to scale a model according to marker placements. I am having trouble understanding how to convert the file using the generateTrcFile matlab code provided. Has anyone had any luck with this code or do you know of an alternative.

Well, Tim Dorn described everything imo clearly. I think you should start working with other m files. The one, you're writing about (generateTrcFile.m), is the last you should use.
