Hi,
I am having trouble using the GaitExtractToolbox to pull jogging experimental data from Vicon. Sometimes, with some subjects, the data pulls perfectly fine. However, probably about 50% or more of the time only 1 of the 2 force plate GRF data pulls. Its always the 2nd GRF that will pull while the 1st GRF, no matter which foot or force plate appears to be zero. In Vicon this GRF is not zero and the data is there, however when I try to pull it using the GaitExtractTool box with Matlab it pulls out that this GRF is zero. Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks for the help!
