C3DServer Installation Problem

Hi everyone,
I was doing work a couple days ago and everything was working fine, including the installation of the c3dserver, but I ran the getEvents code again and it said the c3dserver was not installed. I tried to reinstall it but I keep getting this error message:
Installed Sucessfully!
Error using actxserver (line 91)
Server creation failed. Invalid ProgID 'C3DServer.C3D'.
Error in c3dserver (line 24)
itf = actxserver('C3DServer.C3D');
Error in installGaitExtractToolbox (line 50)
test = c3dserver;
Not sure what I did that it stopped working. I believe the path is correct for everything and I am using 32-bit student version of Matlab.
Any ideas of how I can fix this?
