I'm working with Jack Schultz from Hydrogen/Drugdiscovery @home projects. i'm working this problem and getting more involved in the development of the project and i'm going to be a go between for our cuda developer.

Our developer Says that he needs the latest windows binaries. "we need source for windows (visual studio) of latest zephyr and source of OpenMM for windows which works with latest version of zephyr" The version of Zephyr and OpenMM are not performing optimally.

Hi Tim,

You can get the source code for OpenMM at http://simtk.org/home/openmm. Click on "Downloads" and get the file OpenMM2.0-Source.zip.

To get the latest Zephyr source code, you can get it from the subversion repository. Normally, I would advise you to use the posted version, since the code in subversion (svn) is constantly changing. However, at this moment, that code is stable and more up-to-date than what we have posted. You can get the Zephyr source code via svn checkout of https://simtk.org/svn/zephyr/trunk.

For the Zephyr binary, we hope to have that posted soon.

Best,
Joy
