How to install DCD patch?

Dear all,
I'd like to apply MSMBuilder to DCD trajectories from AMBER.

I've checked in the MSMBuilder website that there is a DCD patch for reading this kind of trajectories (http://wiki.simtk.org/msmbuilder/User_Contributions) though It
doesn't explain how to install it. Could anyone give my more clues how to install or use it?
