Hello,
I am using Installer.2_19 for ubuntu 18.04 and had the folowing error:
"./MMB: error while loading shared libraries: libMMBlib.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Even though all the files are in the same directory and the libMMBlib.so file is in the Installer.2_19.Ubuntu18.04/lib folder. But its keep showing the error every time I try to run a test.

Sorry, I did not get notified of your post. I raised the issue with the simbios guys and hopefully will not miss further posts.
This is a matter of setting your LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I believe the tutorial says how to do this.
A few notes:
first, MMB 3.0 has just been uploaded. Please try it on your system and let me know. If it works for you let me know what distro of linux you are using and you will get credit for testing it.
second, there is now a docker image available. This works like a dream. When you go to download the binaries you will see the docker instructions.
