Naive Question : What is RNA threading and morphing

I have got a question, what is RNA threading and morphing. MMB uses these methods for modelling RNA, but googling more about these method nor publications of RNAbuilder did not find any formal introduction or definition of threading nor morphing.

Oh sorry by threading I meant homology modeling. Where did you see the term "threading"?
MMB was the first homology modeling method for RNA. You can read about it here:

Morphing is just finding a trajectory connecting two known structures. You can read about it here:
