MemtestCL vs MemtestG80

MemtestG80 and MemtestCL are software-based tester to test for "soft errors" in GPU memory or logic for GPUs supporting CUDA or OpenCL.

MemtestCL vs MemtestG80

Hello,

I am running both tools on a Nvidia GPU. MemtestG80 reports lot of errors (mem errors, no logic errors) but MemtestCL reports no errors. Why would that be? Are they using different HW mechanism to access the memory?

Same here. I presume memtestG80 is broken.
