How to test all GPU RAM

I'm trying to test all my GPU RAM but can't get the flag to work and how to test the other GPU.
I believe that one of my GPUs is not working right because my monitor goes to sleep mode and after a while the num, scroll and caps lock on the keyboard stop working but the strange thing is when the game was running before the screen went blank I could still here every thing that's in the game even the people that are chatting in the game and after awhile the computer restarts its self with no blue screen of death. So I believe my video card is bad.
